✔  Fully understand our company offerings and market trends

✔  Develop relationships, leads, client requirements, closing skills, and management of your programs in our target SMB markets, with a primary focus on Global 5000, and profitable SMB client programs

✔  Attend association meetings, trade shows  and business events in the Twin Cities and beyond (opportunities in other locations are available)

✔  Work with management In developing monthly sales goals and meet metrics; the senior BDE looks to range of $4MM/year sales goals; reports to COO.

✔  Research and prospect independently …work with marketing director, online and in person; maintain CRM system and notes

✔  Create presentations and deliver them at sales meetings, webinars, and live in front of groups

✔  Respond and develop RFPs, working with marketing, operations and tech support teams… and be involved as needed through post sale

✔  Perform to your potential…and be amazing!


You would be a good candidate if you…

–  have 8+ years of lead generation and sales experience, best in IT or similar

–  love technology, quick-learner, self-motivated

-- Strong hunter, presenter, closer, contacts/book

–  understand the interests of C-Level and Management in technology and management

– have existing C-Level and/or Mid-Manager contacts in these areas

–  have refined communication skills, and ability to make high-level presentations

–  want to invest in your career, manage your own time, and be part of a team

–  strong verbal, written, and database skills

–  are dependable, honest, hardworking and down-to-earth
